Arenal App
Padel is meant to be played 2 against 2, so with 4 people in total. Playing with 2 people (1 vs 1) is also possible on our singles courts in Bruges, Lommel, Waregem, and Mechelen.
Download the app, create an account using your email address, enter the verification code you receive, complete your details (optionally adding a profile picture), set your preferences, and enable notifications. After that, you can immediately select your favorite club.
Yes: go to the "Profile" tab → gear icon → "delete account" → confirm. Your account and all associated data will then be deleted.
Rates
Yes. An Arenalista (Youth) membership entitles you to discounts with our clothing sponsors, early-bird registration for the Padel Tour, and up to 3 simultaneous reservations as the primary booker via the Arenal App — in addition to insurance cover and participation in the interclub competition.
Yes. As a student, you can enjoy a discount during off-peak hours, both on weekdays and weekends. Simply show your valid student ID upon check-in. Additionally, some clubs collaborate with local colleges or universities to offer extra benefits.
Yes. From the age of 65, you can enjoy a discount on weekdays until late afternoon, and during off-peak hours on weekends. A valid ID is sufficient as proof.
General
- Food and drinks are not allowed on the courts during play.
- Smoking is strictly prohibited on and around the courts.
- Dispose of waste (such as clips and empty ball tubes) in the trash cans. In the Netherlands: please place deposit bottles separately in the designated deposit bin.
- Do not cause a nuisance to other visitors, for example by using foul language or playing music from your own loud speakers.
- Dry your hands with a towel, not on the nets or the glass walls of the padel court.
- Spitting or blowing your nose on the (indoor) courts is not permitted.
- Playing shirtless is not allowed.
- Without a registered reservation, the lights will not turn on automatically, and you will not have access to the court.
- Move to the court benches a few minutes before your reservation starts at the earliest. Only enter the court once the previous slot has finished, and do not continue playing past your own time slot without extending your booking.
- Warming up next to the court without a ball is discouraged, as it can distract players who are still finishing their match.
- Always wear the safety wrist strap of your racket for safety reasons.
- Insurance: As an Arenalista, you are fully insured during both regular bookings and events. If you are not an Arenalista, your own personal (sports) insurance applies.
- Failure to comply with the house rules may result in being denied access to the club.
- Lessons are exclusively provided by the Arenal Academy or our official on-site partners. External coaches are not permitted.
Feestjes
We starten het feestje stipt op het aanvangsuur met een onthaalmoment.
Our party packages are designed for groups of 6 to 14 people.
We offer a suitable package from the age of 3. For the littlest ones, we recommend the indoor playground; older children can choose from trampolining, Soccer5, or Clip'n Climb. Please note that not every activity is available at every location: the indoor playground is exclusively in Lommel, Soccer5 is not available at all clubs, and Clip'n Climb is only in Meise — so be sure to check which combinations are possible at your local club.
You are more than welcome to bring your own birthday cake. We will take care of the drinks and snacks, so you don't have to worry about a thing.
We recommend booking at least two weeks in advance. During busy periods, such as school holidays, we advise booking even earlier to secure your spot.
Yes, for trampoline parties, the organizer must complete and sign one single digital waiver in advance on behalf of all participating guests.
Ja, kosteloos tot ⚠️ [X] dagen voor het feestje. Bij een annulering binnen die termijn krijg je een digitale voucher in plaats van een terugbetaling; die voucher blijft een jaar geldig voor leisureactiviteiten. Verplaatsen naar een ander moment kan zolang er plaats is.
Feestjes lopen op woensdag, vrijdag, zaterdag en zondag. Tijdens de schoolvakanties zijn er vaak extra dagen mogelijk. De beschikbare momenten per club zie je in het boekingsplatform.
Dat verschilt per formule: 60, 90 of 120 minuten springen, 90 minuten voetbal, 60 minuten klimmen of 180 minuten spelen in de binnenspeeltuin. Daarbovenop zit telkens een moment aan de partytafel. Kom een halfuur voor de start toe voor het onthaal en de veiligheidsbriefing.
Zeker. Elke club heeft een bar met zicht op de activiteit, zodat je het feestje kan volgen zonder mee te doen. Ouders die enkel toekijken betalen niets; wil je zelf mee springen of klimmen, dan boek je een eigen ticket.
Bij elke formule horen een gereserveerde partytafel, één snack per kind, water à volonté, een cadeautje voor de jarige, een paar antislipsokken per deelnemer (bij trampoline) en professionele begeleiding. De actuele prijs per formule en per club vind je in het boekingsplatform.
In de clubs die meerdere activiteiten onder één dak hebben, zoals Mechelen en Lommel, kan dat. Je combineert bijvoorbeeld springen met soccer5 of met de binnenspeeltuin. Je ziet de beschikbare combinaties bij je boeking.
Lessen
A single lesson is booked as a one-off, whenever it suits you. A course of lessons is a fixed, recurring group session over several weeks, at the same time and with the same group. Both can be booked via the Arenal Academy app.
Yes, lessons take place as usual on public holidays. If, in exceptional cases, the entire group cannot make it, please notify us at least 12 hours in advance.
Yes, the KidsPadel course of lessons, organized according to the Padel Vlaanderen color-coding system based on age and skill level (Blue, Red, Orange, Green, Yellow). Bookings can be made via the Arenal Academy app.
A multi-day padel & experience camp during school holidays, designed for kids, featuring a daily schedule packed with lessons, games, and relaxation. Bookings can be made via the Arenal Academy app.
Yes: 2-day adult camps to boost your skill level, and Competition Clinics supervised by experienced coaches for those playing competitively (P300/P400+).
In Terneuzen and Grimbergen, padel lessons are provided by an external partner school (Padelschool Zeeuws-Vlaanderen, Gala Padel Academy). Because these are not part of Arenal's own Academy, they have their own dedicated registration page.
Using a ball basket is not permitted without permission from a club staff member: lessons are exclusively provided by the Arenal Academy (or our official on-site partners). Training without an instructor, using a ball basket or ball machine, is allowed — provided you have permission from a club staff member.
